The council's scheme page states 'The scheme detailed here has been in force since 1 April 2026' with a basic allowance of '£13,646 per annum for each Member'. The 2025/26 scheme PDF on cabinet.leicester.gov.uk could not be downloaded. Allowances paid are published as an open-data dataset (not summed here).
